why is my baby is not drinking breast milk while awake even after 2hrs but taking it with a dropper

Because your child is not willing to make an effort probably to take it on its own because when they latch also they have to put in an effort to do it but when you give it with a dropper you are doing all the hard work the child doesn’t need to do anything a lot of kids actually get lazy and don’t take feeding directly from the breast
