why iam getting upper back pain while breastfeeding?what to do to get relief

A. Use some comfortable pillow to support your back while feeding. Always keep yourself in a comfortable position while feeding your baby. If the pain is unbearable and long lasting then consult your doctor.

A. applying hot fomentation and dolo for relief adapt proper position while feeding the baby okfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
