Q.
Why i have back pain after c-section??? Is this pain will go away after a couple of months???

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you should have a proper sitting postured as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherdapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Well that usually happens after appeal given into your spine for C-section but yes after you complete the term of 6 to 8 months you can go for associated exercises also that is going to help in reduction of pain but still if the pain is more please check with your gynaecologist
