why head have to be covered all the time

Who says the head has to be covered all the time it’s not at all like that if you do not want to cover the head of the child don’t but we just suggest you if you do it specially in the winter season till the years because the cold actually reaches our system with nose and ear and specially for a child so if you can cover them it is good but if you don’t want to do it don’t do it who is forcing you to do it it’s not mandatory
