Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy9 months agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Breast milk contains all nutrients ,minerals,vitamins ,it has brain developmental elements DHA,ARA,boosts immunity . So doctors suggest breast milk than Formula milk if mother is lactating enough . If in case mother is not lactating or lactating less quantity then formula milk is suggested by them.
