A. It means that either the baby is having urinary tract infection or the baby is severely dehydrated because of which the baby is not able to pass the urine.Write Your Answer Here

A. It It is normal for a child to pass urine about 10 to 12 times in a day if your child is passing less than that also then that could be due to dehydration and little bit of struggle is very normal with kids at this age to pass urine or motion
