why does my 18days baby keep coughing and vomit small amount of milk soon after breast feeding?

A. hello parent your kid is a newborn baby small amount of vomitings may occur due to gastroesophageal reflux, adequate burping post feed is needed, if associated with weight loss , medication may be given
