why do we need to tie a cloth around head after delivery? and how many months should we tie it?

A Lot of older people believe that it is good for you because you may have a headache and you know you may have a hair fall so this is going to control it but it’s completely your choice if you want to go ahead with it or not because it’s practically not true a lot of women do not cover their head that they do not face any problem so I believe it’s your personal choice and do it for three months to 6 months also so you go ahead with whatever suits you in this case
