why do we give chata or Honey to newborns?? What is thw benefits of the same?

No honey should not be given until
One year as baby’s digestive system is still developing
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Till six months it is advisable to give only BM or formula milk like similac or nan pro
Don’t give water before six months
Give adequate feeding
