why do sometime the milk teeth don't fall on there own

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam the exact reason of this is not known but in most of the states this happens when the permanent teeth are the milk teeth are not coming at their proper place it is better to visit a dentist regarding this
