why do sometime the milk teeth don't fall on there own

A. hello mam the exact reason of this is not known but in most of the states this happens when the permanent teeth are the milk teeth are not coming at their proper place it is better to visit a dentist regarding this

A. Hello there ma’am please please do not worry about it too much and mostly milky teeth break up to seven years and please wait for for more time and it will break automatically: Take care
