Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burpingg after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given avs suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .

If It is awfully bad then that time you should get a check with your doctor maybe it could be a sign for some infection in the stomach so you should get a check because without proper check up as without proper stool test I really cannot give you an assurance about the issue
