why do I keep getting clogged milk ducts? I have started taking lactare capsule, can they cause it?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician8 months agoA. You should massage your breast towards nipple abd apply warm compress and always feed the baby on alternate breast to reduce the chances if clogging if milk ducts take care
