These soft hair on the body is lanugo which will shed on its own as the baby grows up. So no need to worry.. No need to apply anything on skin.
Make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby. U can buy#Babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
