Actually it is a dead layer of skin which creates a lot of irritation and itching is into the scalp and that is why due to that kids really scratch their heads some time and it’s very painful for them and lot of times also come so best to regularly oil the scalp shampoo and brush it with the kids brush which will help in eliminating the dead layer of the skin over the period
