Q.

why daughter is 3 years old but her weight is only 10 kg 600 gm.She she a hyper active baby and eats normally,how can I increase her weight?

A. dear mum, to increase the weight of your 3 years old daughter, give wholesome meals having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg. vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese. nuts and dry fruits. grains and millets - 3 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
