why breast are softer after feed...it's no milk ha...or milk produce not properly...low milk supply ha

A. You should always drink a glass of water after feed the baby and massage your breast towards nipple and eat a healthy and nutritious diet and try to drink plenty of liquids to the vaby take care

A. hi dear Various factors can cause a low milk supply during breast-feeding, such as waiting too long to start breast-feeding, not breast-feeding often enough, supplementing breastfeeding, an ineffective latch and use of certain medications. Sometimes previous breast surgery affects milk production.
