why baby's palm shake suddenly. please answer I am worried. it's premature baby with 3 month old with 2.9 kg

Is Your child is suffering with temperature or something because sometimes and kids are preterm and they have a fever or something a little bit of shivering can be seen but still if it is not the issue then it’s better to get it checked with your doctor for a proper assessment and reason behind it
