why baby hand and feet sweats for 3 month

A. Usually kids have a higher body temperature which is why they sweat a little like this how you are mentioning but it is very normal with going age things are going to get better but in general also in winter season some kids can sweat quite a lot due to higher body temperature with growing edge also but that’s very normal for them
