why am I having memory issues even after 1year of delivery? Is it normal to have the same?

Memory issues has got no connection with your delivery it is basically in indication that you are low vitamin B12 and also D3 so it’s better to conduct a deficiency test for yourself where you can come to know what all deficiencies are you having according to that you start taking supplements it is going to be much benefiting for you also you should do memory and concentration based exercise exercises you will find number of them online
