why 3 month old baby continuously groan

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. it may be because of digestive issue as gas colic reflux action.. baby is uncomfortable.. with as making sounds.. to comfort raise the baby head a little as the baby sleep.. give cycling massage of baby legs circular massage of tummy area use colic roll on give tummy time..
