why 23 day old baby while watery mustard seeds yellow colour stool pass and crying..after stool passing she calm down not crying.. why ?m

A. still description is okay for hos age.. most of the time crying before defecation n urination is normal . newborns and infant don't know how to initiate urination and defecation so they do strain too much causes pain and baby start crying .
