whqt should be dosage of meftal p for 3.4 yr old .his weight could be around 17-18 kg?

A. 5ml for baby.. keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake.. water helps in maintaining body temperature.. use wet patti cotton to low down temperature.. take care..
