White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moushgturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Then You should get it checked once because certain times it could be mostly due to deficiency of calcium and sometimes it is very normal for a child to have a dryness or any other skin related issues like vitiligo it’s better to get it assessed once
