Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. white spots often appear on children's bodies and typically need only moisturizing lotion or coconut oil. they usually fade in a few weeks. if they persist or gvrow after two weeks, consult a doctor as it could be due to nutritional deficiencies, allergies, fungal infections, or other issues. ensure the child stays hydrated by drinking plenty of water. x
