white small spots/ patches on my 2 month old baby face... soap/ cream could be the reason?? or any deficiency?? please advise

Better to consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration.
