white patches on skin is found.looks like it will spread what is the solution of that

If it is spreading then there is definitely a problem could be a fungal infection or some skin related problem I would suggest you to consult your Doctor Who have a clear understanding regarding the same and according to that further health can be provided after correctly diagnosing the problem
