Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. multiple causes because it can be due to fungal infection or dryness of the skin and sometime it can be due to allergy or sensitive skin so better to meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment and give plenty of water to drink and maintain hygiene

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please keep your child cool and dry and maintain hygiene properly
