Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. multiple causes because it can be due to fungal infection or dryness of the skin and sometime it can be due to allergy or sensitive skin so better to meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment and give plenty of water to drink and maintain hygiene
