Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. the first line of treatment that is the medicine that you have to start for the child is paracetamol. it is a safe medicine and can be given maximum 4 times per day but after giving paracetamol it is important to meet the doctor to find the cause of fever
