A. Dear parent, for your baby’s healthy growth, you should give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal and pulses, kheer, khichadi, vegetable dal rice, Daliya. Fruits and vegetables Curd, paneer, cheese. Eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Continue to breastfeed.
