while kids having fever,will they effect with headache

If the fever is high sometimes headache can be there there is a high possibility that with fever headache can also be seen with some kids so you can give fever medicine to the child that will help in reducing headache also because it paracetamol otherwise separately if you want you can give another medicine for that also
