#AskTheExpert my kid had covid effect 5 days back with headache and high fever 102-103 but now he is fine but still have legs and pain in hands. please suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It will remain fir couple of days.. do massage to legs with mustard oil. give him well balanced diet with all fruits n vegetables. give him plenty of fluids.
