while I was changing my son's nappy, he produced a fountain of pee that landed square in his open mouth,eyes,ear - how bad is that?? Should I be concerned?

A. hi parent , ur kid is 3 months old, and passed the urine pee directly into mouth, ear, it's ok but make sure u maintain hygiene and sanitation, clean with dry tissues over the site, ....
