while feeding ragi porridge by missing it drops to the 6month my eyes I didn't cleaned it, it causes eye sight problem?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 weeks agoA. Namaste Mom When it fell why did you not clean it up? wash the baby eye well enough with water , and observe it for the next 12 to 24 hours in case becomes red or sollen as such please get her to the dr .
