while feeding one side nipple pains. infact it looks like wounded and blood came. how to resolve this ?. will we get protein milk one side and water milk other side ?.

A. Hi mom Apply nip care ointment on the nipples to get relief from pain. Or u can also apply coconut oil. Secondly From both the sides, first comes the fore milk and then comes the hind milk.. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months
