While doing potty my 15 month son cries a lot and make faces I think he has a very high hard time while doing potty

Hello good morning !!Due to constipation (hard stool ) baby suffers ,do tummy massage with castor oil or coconut oil for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction for instant relief. Include fibre rich foods - Papaya,pear,grapes, prunes,orange,apple,carrot,cucumber, bottle gourd,ridge gourd,curd,ragi ,jowar in regular meals which help in increasing bowel movements and avoids constipation,hard stools .
