Include fibre rich foods - Banana,papaya purie,steamed and mashed potatoes, carrots ,sweet potato,kichdi ,finger foods ,ragi ,jowar ,paratha,roti with dal,curd, idly ,cerelac ,adequate water and fluids increase the bowel movements avoid hard stools. Do tummy massage with coconut oil and castor oil for 5 minutes ,this helps in releasing gas and constipation issues.
