SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, if you’re allergic to any vegetable then you can avoid else you can eat all veggies which is very healthy. Especially take calcium and iron rich food. And take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated.
