Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis.
Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.

U Can add all the fruits to the milk shake that you’re giving to the child can be anything that you believe is going to be healthy for the child so go ahead with giving all kind of food to the child banana apple mango Cheeku or any other fruit that you think that you can incorporate go ahead with that as well
