A. For your baby, especially starting around 6 months or when beginning solids, offer soft, easily digestible vegetables like carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, bottle gourd (lauki), peas, and spinach. These should be well-cooked and mashed or pureed to a smooth texture. Avoid spicy or heavily seasoned veggies, and introduce one vegetable at a time to check for any allergies. As your baby grows older, you can gradually offer finely chopped or soft-cooked vegetables to encourage chewing and variety.
