if they are comfortable using one then you may use but see that the neck is not more bending due to it.
also flat head will not be cured yby usage of pillows.

RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. It’s best to not use pillow that is the best thing that you can do yet if you would want to use pillow you can go ahead with basic cotton pillows there is little bit of comfort as they are soft so you can go ahead with something like that
