Which type of food is best for health gain?

A. Dear mum, for good health, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables including green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give dry fruits like raisins, dates. You can give all grains, cereal, pulses. Continue to breastfeed baby. Avoid junk foods.
