Now you can give all foods that are cooked by the family. try not to give packaged foods.
Give dal rice, khichadi, chapati sabji dal, egg roti , upma, sheera atleast 2-3 times a day.
other 2 meals can be boiled egg, mashed fruits. vegetables soup.
