Which type if exercise or other way we increase immune system of kids?

A. Ensure proper nutrition - include all fruits and vegetables in your kid's diet, strawberries, grapefruits, guava, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes and potatoes are immunity boosting agents. Engage your kid in physical activities like running, swimming, outdoor games, gymnastics, dance etc. Make sure that your kid gets enough sleep of around 10-12 hours. Keep your home environment clean. Wash your baby's hands and feet often. Give all the vaccinations at the right time. Give garlic, almonds, bone broth, etc.
