CharuMom of a 5 yr old boy3 years agoA. You should give homemade food that is cooked for everyone at home. Just make sure not to give red chilli powder at this age. You can add a pinch of salt, Jeera powder, haldi powder and black pepper powder each. And give the same food like poha for breakfast, any fruit as mid day snack then dal roti for lunch then tomato soup can be give in the evening and khichdi or daliya or any vegetables at night. Just make sure not to force the baby to eat food as every child is different some other baby May eat something and your baby may not like it.
