A. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get zkgsatisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

A. Hello dear parent, for 1 year old child you can give almost everything to eat that you prepare for your family members. Give soft roti dipped in curried veggies if baby is able to chew. Also give rice, dal, Khichdi and daliya with boiled and mashed green vegetables mixed in it, home made Cerelac, apple pure etc.
