A. Dear ma’am, all colourful and seasonal fruits, veggies,’leafy greens, spices like cumin, pepper, fennel, cardamom, hinge (use it wisely in cooking). Keep your kid physically active and get adequate sunlight exposure

A. dear mum, balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity. childs daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses, beans/non veg, egg, nuts. curd seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. mint, turmeric, ginger can be included.
