A. Must try mamaearth berry blast toothpaste I found it very effective as it is fluoride free

Kiddodent Himalaya baby toothpaste and yes if your child knows how to gargle properly then you can use regular toothpaste also but these days there are options for sulphate free toothpaste a little expensive but if you can use it that is definitely going to be the best to use
