Which spray or gel to use for 4 year old for knee pain?

Volini or any other spray that you have available as of now you can use that and put a crêpe bandage because kids have a habit of touching it again and again and then they put it into their eyes by mistake then it will be a problem so just put a crêpe bandage on that but little loose
