SindhuMom of a 4 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. As per what I've read till now start of solids clearly mentions the food to be soft smooth semi solid and to avoid liquid as they still feed on breastmilk/formulab and they do not require lot of liquid intake

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening the beginning I would recommend for you to try to give your baby only liquid for you when try to introduce Nestle cerelac fresh fruit puree you can even start giving vegetable soup to your child
