A. since the age of baby is 5 years probably you can use any soap for your baby and by using soap it is not possible to improve the complexion of the babies

A. hello there ma'am please message your baby with coconut oil on daily basis. also apply natural Aleoveera gel on baby skin. and you can use dove soap for baby. take care
